Flexible working hours

We trust you to get the job done and give you the flexibility to do school runs, have a long lunch break to get out for some exercise or go to a medical appointment, and make the time up. We work closely with the US (employees & clients), so depending on your role and time zone you might have to be flexible with occasional evening work or early starts. If you do, we want you to take that time back another moment. We don’t encourage anyone to work longer than their contractual hours, there is more to life than work.

Nomad working

At Inoviv you can work anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks a year. As an international team, a lot of us have families overseas and you might want to extend your visit by working from abroad. It’s also nice to mix up your working location or extend a trip! We would love to offer a longer period, but it’s limited to 4 weeks due to tax and social security liabilities. Working abroad (nomad working!)

Working from home

We are a mix of a hybrid and fully-remote work place with quarterly team days (Away Days). In the UK, we come together fortnightly on a Monday at our co-working office in London. Apart from that, people can work from home as much as they like, or work from the office if they prefer that. In the US and elsewhere, we work fully-remote.

We have a (home)-office equipment budget to make sure you have everything you need to do your job comfortably.

Once a quarter we all meet up in London for two days to connect in person. Often our US employees stay the whole week, if they can, to make the most out of the trip (and London pubs!).

Home week

Once a quarter, we have a No-Meeting-Week a.k.a. “Home week”. It doesn't mean we stay inside our homes all week, but all regular internal meetings are cancelled. To give us a breather and focus time for those tasks that always end up at the bottom of the list.
