You are able to work from abroad for up to 4 weeks (20 working days) each year.

Why do we offer this?

As an international team we know lots of you have families overseas so it can be nice to extend your visit by working from abroad. It’s also nice to mix up your working location or extend a trip!

Why only 4 weeks?

This is mainly to avoid any tax and social security liabilities

How does it work?

Please make sure:

1. Your manager has approved it before you book anything (request this via Absence.io)
2. The time zone and timing works e.g. you can have enough cross-over with the team to get your work done and that you aren’t missing any important in person team events e.g. quarterly away days
3. You have a stable internet connection and a comfortable place to work from (i.e. not like the photo on this article!)
